Decked out acrylic nails have been a long-time fashion staple in hip hop and reggaeton culture. Today, nails are not just a passing fad, but they have become an essential part of pop culture. To create awareness for the new McDonald’s Saweetie Meal and inspired by Saweetie’s love for couture and high fashion, we linked up with Latinx nail tech/artist Juan Alvear to recreate this meal as an abstract and artistic acrylic nail set tutorial to celebrate the partnership.
